The original Town of Pepin Comprehensive Plan was adopted by a vote of the Town Board in 2009 following a final public hearing on September 15, 2009.

The 2015 Comprehensive Plan includes updates to the 2009 Plan sections:
  • Issues and Opportunities
  • Transportation
  • Housing
  • Utilities and Community Facilities
  • Agricultural Resources
  • Natural Resources
  • Intergovernmental Cooperation
  • Economic Development
  • Land Use.
​The Implementation Section in this plan now contains a brief summary of the findings and recommendations and goals and objectives to guide future Town Board and Plan Commission decisions and activities.
