Two types of ordinances govern the Town of Pepin, Wisconsin: General and Zoning:
- General Ordinances includes all laws set forth by the Town of Pepin as they apply to a variety of residential, commercial, environmental, public works, building and many other situations.
- Zoning Ordinances apply to a variety of land use and development projects, each having its own set of standards and requirements.
Both types of ordinances are in place to protect the health, safety and welfare of residents of the Town of Pepin, Wisconsin.
